Returns & Exchanges

• Returns or exchanges are accepted within 7 days (Singapore) and 7 days (Malaysia) of delivery (counted after parcel received).

• Items must be unused, unwashed, and returned in original packaging.

• For hygiene reasons, bedding products that have been used or washed cannot be returned unless defective.

• Customers are responsible for return shipping fees unless the product is faulty or incorrect.
